Voucher Redemption Process: At Kalyan Jewellers Stores in India-

1. Customers must carry a print copy or a soft copy of this e-mail to Kalyan Jewellers store.

2. Also need to provide a Photo ID proof at the store (Driving License, Aadhar Card or PAN Card). PAN Card is mandatory for purchases above 2 lacs.

3. Present the physical printout copy of this email or forward this mail to the respective Kalyan Jewellers store email ID.

4. The Voucher Value is adjusted against the Gross value of the Purchase. Any balance above the voucher value needs to be paid separately to complete the transaction.

5. Cashier retains the voucher and hands over the product along with the Purchase Invoice.

Voucher Redemption Process: At Kalyan Jewellers Website.

1. Login to www.kalyanjewellers.net & Click on shop online.

2. Click on sign up to create new account.

3. Click on My Account which is visible at the right-hand side top corner. There you will find Wallet under Manage payment options.

4. Once you click on wallet it will popup “REDEEM GIFT CARD” option. Once you click on REDEEM GIFT CARD, system will show 3 option to redeem. Click on 2nd Option “Kalyan B2B Gift Card”.

5. Enter the 14 digit bar code number mentioned gift voucher and apply.

6. At the payment page select Candere wallet to place the order.

Terms and Condition

1.Voucher is valid for 200 days from date of issue.

2. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Voucher has to be encashed in full and no part payment can be done.

4. Voucher has to be presented at the store in original condition.

5. Voucher is valid only at kalyan Jewellers stores in India.

6. No photocopy /reproduction of the voucher will be accepted.

7. No Duplicate Voucher will be issued in case of the same is being misplaced or lost.

8. Voucher is reedemable on one cash memo only.

9. Voucher is not a legal tender.

10. Voucher is valid on Muhurat Gold Jewellery Only.

11. Voucher is not valid on Gold & Silver Coins and other Jewellery.

12. All dispute subject to jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur Kerala .

13. Gift voucher will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
