1. Fuel vouchers are only applicable for Shell V-Power fuel.
2. The validity of the fuel vouchers from the date of issuance is 365 days.
3. Validity of the vouchers cannot be extended once the vouchers are issued. 
4. There shall be no refund in case of unutilized vouchers.
5. Fuel vouchers can only be used at Shell Company-owned outlets.
6. The exact denomination of the vouchers needs to be shared.
7. Advance payment is required for the amount of vouchers procured.
8. The fuel offer will reflect after 24 hours on Shell Asia once the customer enters the code.
9. Vouchers will be released within a span of 1 working day once the payment is confirmed in advance and the denomination and quantity of the vouchers are shared.
10. Vouchers shall be shared to only 1 specific mail id
11. Gift voucher will be delivered within 6 to 7 working days.
