Steps for offline redemption:

1. Visit your nearest Malabar outlet.

2. Select the product of your choice.

3. Share E-gift voucher details at the time of billing and if required, pay any balance using cash/card.

E-gift vouchers can be redeemed through their online portal too (Please go to the link to shop: www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com)

Steps for online redemption:

1. Customers need to activate the voucher for online redemption by going to - https://www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com/gift-cards/activate_giftcard.

2. Customers will then add products to the shopping cart.

3. Enter gift card code at checkout.

4. Complete the transaction by paying any balance.

1. This is a Malabar Gold Coin Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and it would be accepted at Malabar Gold & Diamonds all outlets in India as well as Malabar Gold & Diamonds online Shopping portal. 2. The GV/GC can be redeemed against purchases of Gold, Diamond, and, Platinum including Gold Coin/Bar.
3. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. Multiple GV/GC (maximum 9) can be used in on single bill.
5. GV/GC cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. No refund/replacement/compensation is permissible for unused/expired/ misused /lost /mutilated/defaced GV/GC.
7. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any ongoing/existing offers.
8. Malabar Gold Ltd. shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept GV/GC but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Malabar Gold Ltd. GV may not get accepted on the store/website and shall have no liability for the same.
9. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of technical issue, it will get enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same vouchers within 48 hours.
10. GyFTR/Malabar Gold Ltd. reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Malabar GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability.
